To provide the best session for all clients, I would like to inform you of the following guidelines and policies.
Arrival
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows you time to transition from a busy mode to a more relaxed state.
It also allows me to have the full time for the body treatment, keeps me on schedule, and on time for the following appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24 hrs notice for rescheduling/cancelling your massage session. Any other situation will require payment in full.
I am aware that emergencies and illness occur. If you have an emergency, death or life altering event, please let me know and no charge will be required.
If you have had a fever, cough, tiredness, loss of taste or smell in the last 48 hrs, please reschedule and no charge will be required.
Massage and bodywork therapy is a profession in which the practitioner may apply manual and energetic techniques with the intention of positively affecting the health and well being of each client; by signing the informed consent document you understand that the bodywork you receive is for the basic purpose of relaxation and relief of muscular tension. If you experience any pain or discomfort, please let me know so that the pressure and/or strokes may be adjusted to your level of comfort. You further understand that bodywork should not be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis or treatment and that you should see a physician, chiropractor, or other qualified medical specialist for any physical ailment of which you are aware.
You agree to keep the practitioner updated of any changes in your medical profile and understand that there shall be no liability on the practitioner’s part should you fail to do so.
You also understand that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will result in immediate termination of the session, and you will be required to pay in full.
